All of the animals that come to the Sanctuary are with us for a reason. Whether it is because they need our care and attention or quite simply they have worked all of their life and are just looking forward to a long and peaceful retirement. Whatever the reason for being with us, all of these special animals deserve our love and also the love of others; this is why we have set up a Sponsorship Scheme.

Below are just some of the lovable characters that live here at the Sanctuary and each one has their own very special personality.  Please take some time to look at their profiles and if you would like to sponsor one or more for either yourself or as present for someone else, then there is a sponsorship form for you to complete.

When you adopt one of our horses, ponies or Miranda the donkey, we will send you a sponsorship certificate, a photo of your special animal plus some other goodies. You will also receive a Birthday card on your Birthday plus a Valentine’s Day card from your chosen animal.
The cost of sponsorsing one of our residents for a year is either 12 monthly payments of £2.50 or a one-off payment of £30. Your sponsorship will last for a whole year. You can either pay by sending a cheque for a one-off fee of £30.00 or if you would prefer, you can set up a monthly standing order through your bank, please click here for a Standing Order Form. Your sponsorship will greatly help towards paying for your sponsored animal’s feed and care.
