Jason
A black miniature Shetland from Kent who had been beaten up with an iron bar and left for dead in his field. He recovered but was blind in one eye. He was given to a Sanctuary in Kent but was found by the owner of another pony also give to the same Sanctuary in the meatman's field. Both ponies were handed back to this gentleman and then brought to the Devon Horse & Pony Sanctuary in 1990. Jason who is thought to be about 45 is still thriving, a pampered and much loved pet.
